Long before The Young Team had a name, Jane was the one doing this work — helping Atlanta-area families buy and sell their homes, mostly one referral at a time. The team is built around the way she has always practiced: listen first, then tell the truth.

He treats homeownership as a financial strategy, not just a lifestyle choice. His job is to show you the real map: what homes actually sell for and why, when you should wait, and when the window you're looking at is genuinely a good one — even when the truth isn't what you want to hear.
